Role Overview

As a Supervisor at our Glasgow Fort location, you will play a pivotal role within the Store Management team to ensure an exceptional retail experience for customers and staff alike. The store environment is dynamic yet welcoming, emphasizing product excellence, positive atmosphere, and strong performance results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Store Management team to meet business objectives.
• Exemplify leadership by fostering a positive, drama-free store environment.
• Monitor daily sales metrics to inform prudent commercial decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor in a retail setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
