Role Overview

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our Applegreen branch in Hollyhill, County Cork. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the daily store operations, assisting management and leading the team to achieve performance and service excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with administrative duties to optimize store efficiency.
• Help drive sales initiatives and meet revenue goals alongside the Site Manager.
• Lead and motivate staff by establishing clear objectives, applying strong leadership and clear communication.
• Ensure the store complies with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver high-quality customer service consistently.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous retail supervisory experience of one to two years.
• A proactive mindset with excellent communication abilities and a passion for customer engagement.
• Team-oriented individual who fosters a collaborative work environment.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting.
