About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Deli Manager to lead our Bakewell operations at Applegreen in Kilkenny. This role is integral to our front-line services, where you'll influence daily store activities and foster meaningful connections with customers and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Bakewell, ensuring all activities such as food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service meet company standards.
• Provide leadership to a team by handling recruitment, training, planning schedules, and managing performance.
• Uphold top-tier food hygiene and sanitation practices, aligning with health and safety regulations.
• Boost sales performance by working towards set sales goals.

Candidate Expectations

• Possess 1 to 2 years of prior experience in a comparable managerial position.
