The Support Centre includes over 1,000 employees, with more than 300 IT professionals maintaining essential systems and ensuring smooth operational functions.
Role Summary
As a SuccessFactors Support Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you will join the Business Systems & Platform Team, playing a vital role in enhancing and supporting HR technologies that impact the employee experience across the organization.
Your main responsibility will be to provide daily functional support for the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring the HR systems remain stable, secure, reliable, and user-friendly.
Collaboration will be crucial as you work across HR, Payroll, Technology teams, and external partners to troubleshoot issues, refine processes, support software releases, and sustain high data quality for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver functional support across SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and minor system enhancements effectively.
- Diagnose problems concerning configuration, workflows, business rules, permissions, data integrity, and reporting.
- Assist with software releases including user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation after deployment.
- Partner with business and technical units to identify root causes and implement suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
- Identify patterns of recurring issues and propose continuous improvement opportunities.

Candidate Profile
- Practical experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS systems.
- A strong grasp of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and service request management methods.
- Capability to troubleshoot configurations, workflows, rules, permissions, and data discrepancies.
- Exposure to UAT, testing cycles, production support, and software release procedures.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, or People Analytics.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with other systems, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 or their equivalents.
