We are seeking a dedicated Study Abroad Career Counselor based in Dubai, UAE, to work full-time remotely. This role involves guiding students on overseas education opportunities aligned with their academic profile, financial capacity, and career aspirations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice to students regarding studying abroad options tailored to their profiles, budgets, and future goals.
• Suggest appropriate countries, educational institutions, and academic programs that fit the students' needs.
• Oversee the entire application cycle from selecting universities to final submission.
• Assist students in preparing essential documents such as Statements of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation, and Curricula Vitae.
• Support students with scholarship applications, education loan processes, and visa procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with both students and their parents to ensure clarity and progress.
• Record and track student application status and deadlines diligently.
• Keep abreast of updates related to admission requirements, visa regulations, and deadlines at various universities.
• Work towards converting student inquiries into confirmed enrollments.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably possess prior experience in study abroad counseling.
• Experience working in Dubai or UAE is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of popular study destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on counseling abilities.
• Confidence in engaging effectively with both students and their parents.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
• Proficient in English communication.
