Role Overview

As a Student Counsellor / Telecaller working remotely, your main responsibility will involve engaging with company-provided leads to advise and enroll students into Cyberking Capitals’ free stock market courses. You will handle daily calling targets, student counseling, registration facilitation, follow-ups, and KYC assistance aligned with monthly conversion objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect and counsel prospective students received as company leads.
• Present details about the free stock market course and associated programs.
• Guide students through the registration process and ensure completion.
• Conduct systematic follow-ups with intrigued leads.
• Support eligible customers in Demat account and KYC formalities.
• Keep accurate and updated lead records in the CRM system.
• Maintain consistent follow-up discipline with allocated leads.
• Work diligently to meet monthly KYC and enrollment conversion targets.

Salary, Incentives, and Targets

The offered base salary is ₹15,000 per month for fulfilling the 25 working days requirement. Incentives include ₹100 per eligible Angel One KYC and ₹40 per eligible Dhan KYC completed. Monthly KYC targets stand at 80 for Angel One and 40 for Dhan, both mandatory, bringing potential KYC incentives up to ₹9,600. Exceeding targets yields an additional ₹4,000 bonus. Furthermore, daily cash prizes of up to ₹300 are awarded based on daily KYC achievements, credited the same day via UPI. There is a conversion bonus of ₹5,000 for a 10% verified conversion rate, and ₹10,000 for exceeding 15%, contingent on meeting KYC targets and follow-up standards.

Attendance and Calling Policies

• Logging 240+ minutes of calls counts as a full working day.
• 150 to 239 minutes count as a half day, below 150 minutes does not qualify.
• Two half days aggregate to one full day.
• Salary deductions apply for days short of the 25-day requirement (₹700 per day, ₹350 per half day).

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proficiency in Marathi and English communication.
• Ability to counsel and persuade effectively.
• Target-driven and disciplined approach.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
• Comfort with telecalling and consistent follow-up tasks.
• Capacity to operate independently from home environment.
• Familiarity with the stock market is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Access to 900–1,200 interested leads monthly.
• Employee dashboards for Angel One and Dhan brokers.
• Company CRM and Interakt WhatsApp API integration.
• Verified business calling via Truecaller.

Work From Home Requirements

• Personal laptop/computer and smartphone are mandatory.

• Capability to make and receive business calls during working hours.
