Cyberking Capitals is a brand dedicated to financial education and services, emphasizing practical stock market knowledge and financial literacy. They offer structured learning, live sessions, and comprehensive courses covering topics such as Stock Market Basics, Investing, Trading, Technical and Fundamental Analysis, Options, Mutual Funds, and Personal Finance.
Position Summary
The role involves engaging with prospective students through company-provided leads, guiding them to understand and enroll in the free stock market course. The position operates fully remotely with a schedule of 25 working days per month, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including a one-hour break and a requirement to make calls for at least 4 hours daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel interested students regarding courses and programs.
- Explain curriculum details and assist with course registration.
- Perform consistent follow-up with potential students.
- Guide eligible candidates through Demat and KYC processes.
- Maintain accurate lead data and progress updates in CRM tools.
- Work towards monthly targets for KYC completions and conversions.
Compensation and Incentives
- Base salary of ₹15,000 per month contingent on completing 25 working days.
- Incentives per eligible KYC: ₹100 for Angel One and ₹40 for Dhan accounts.
- Monthly minimum targets: 80 Angel One and 40 Dhan KYCs.
- Bonus of ₹4,000 upon achieving both targets.
- Daily cash rewards based on the number of KYCs completed (₹100 for 4, ₹200 for 5, ₹300 for 6+).
- Monthly conversion bonuses ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 depending on conversion percentages.
Attendance and Call Time Policy
- Minimum 240 calling minutes required for a full working day credit.
- 150–239 minutes count as half day; below 150 minutes counts as no attendance.
- Two half days equate to one full day.
- Salary deductions apply for shortfalls in attendance.
Candidate Qualifications
- Fluent communication in Marathi and English.
- Excellent skills in counseling, persuasion, and target orientation.
- Basic proficiency in computers and CRM software.
- Experience or knowledge of stock markets is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently from home.
Company Provided Resources
- Access to 900-1,200 interested leads monthly.
- Dashboards for Angel One and Dhan brokers.
- CRM and WhatsApp integration for communication.
- Training in counseling, KYC, CRM use, and sales support with team leader assistance.
Work From Home Requirements
- Mandatory laptop/computer and smartphone.
- Stable internet connection and quiet working environment.
- Availability for Google Meet and camera-on policy during working hours.
- Capability to make and receive calls efficiently.
Selection Procedure
- Initial Google Form and job discussion.
- Human resource interview.
- Practice with calling scripts.
- Demo call and final evaluation.
- Training followed by live work commencement.
