Role Overview

The Operations team at Revolut is dedicated to scaling solutions efficiently and creatively. As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will lead critical global projects, blending strategic insight with hands-on execution to enhance processes and produce superior customer outcomes.

Hiring Sprint Process

This role is filled via a focused Hiring Sprint consisting of application screening, aptitude and culture tests, and consecutive interviews (problem solving, bar raiser, team fit) in one day. Candidates will receive offers within 24 hours of the sprint. This process targets junior to mid-level candidates, matching them to teams across various business functions including Card Payments, FinCrime, and New Bets with B2B or B2C focuses.

Qualifications & Experience

• A 2:1 degree or higher from a prestigious university
• Between 1 and 5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced setting
• Proven ability to drive complex projects from initiation to completion
• Expertise in decomposing complex problems into actionable steps
• Competency in leveraging data to support decisions and recommendations
• Strong curiosity and desire to create measurable impact
• Interest in the financial sector

Preferred Skills

• Coding knowledge in SQL, Python, R, or Generative AI
• Experience working within startups or fintech environments
