Strategy Consultant (PMO)

About the Role

A prominent Dubai-based company is seeking a Strategy Consultant to spearhead strategic business planning, promote operational excellence, and foster sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and assist in executing both short-term and long-term business strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct analysis of market trends, financial outcomes, and operational metrics to enable informed strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams to define, measure, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
• Spot opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, operational productivity, and process effectiveness.
• Establish and enforce standardized business policies, processes, and operational frameworks.
• Lead cross-departmental process improvement projects to optimize performance.
• Oversee operational planning efforts ensuring they are consistent with the broader corporate strategy.
• Support product development, manage project planning and execution, and monitor performance outcomes.
• Maintain oversight on project scope, schedules, and deliverables, suggesting corrective measures as needed.
• Generate strategic presentations, detailed operational reports, and practical recommendations for senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 5 and 7 years of experience in fields such as business strategy, strategic planning, business operations, consulting, or closely related roles.
• Essential to have current or recent tenure within a consulting firm environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing business strategy, enhancing operational excellence, and optimizing processes.
• Experience with product development and full lifecycle project execution.
• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English with strong strategic thinking capabilities and a confident, polished demeanor suitable for client interaction.
