Role Overview
The Corporate Ambassador will act as the prominent representative of the organization, delivering outstanding client experiences and representing the company at various corporate occasions while upholding professionalism and clear communication.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the company at corporate gatherings, meetings, and VIP functions with professionalism and composure.
- Greet and engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster a welcoming and lasting positive impression.
- Present and brief audiences confidently with clarity and ease.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams by supporting brand representation initiatives and client engagement.
- Organize and manage logistics for corporate events, exhibitions, and meetings.
- Ensure that company ethics and standards are consistently demonstrated in all client-facing interactions.
- Stay informed about the company's services, products, and key projects to communicate effectively with clients.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in client-facing roles or corporate representation, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or luxury industries.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor with keen attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking, managing time efficiently, and adjusting to schedule changes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including various shift patterns and weekends as necessary.
