Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s and project-specific annual business and operational plans.
• Identify significant opportunities and strategic challenges impacting both short- and long-term project objectives.
• Assess potential project opportunities by constructing detailed business cases, including market research, cost-benefit evaluations, and financial modeling.
• Stay updated on global transportation and mobility trends, understanding their possible effects on corporate strategy.
• Recommend improvements and help institutionalize strategic planning processes across the organization.
• Support the creation and execution of strategic corporate initiatives.
• Prepare presentations for senior management with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain an accurate performance reporting system and track organizational progress against approved targets.
• Analyze outcomes of business plans, KPIs, initiatives, and milestones, ensuring alignment with established goals.
• Conduct performance assessments and root cause analyses across departments, facilitating implementation of corrective measures and enhancements.
• Produce performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc basis for company leadership.
• Execute additional data analyses, summarize results, and develop presentations as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting or 5 years in strategy or corporate planning within leading organizations.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving aptitudes.
• Proficiency in crafting high-quality presentations suitable for senior management audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Expertise

• Experience within the transport or rail sectors, or familiarity with the Qatari market is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to operate independently.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt.
• Highly organized with the capability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Professionalism in interactions at all organizational levels, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating efficiency in fast-paced environments.
• Detail-focused and decisive in decision making.
