Role Overview

The Strategy and Operations Lead will collaborate closely with Huspy's General Manager for Saudi Arabia to develop and scale the real estate division in the region. This key role blends strategic planning, operational design, and execution support to build effective frameworks and processes from inception that accommodate rapid growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Jointly shape and implement growth strategies for Huspy’s Saudi Arabian market alongside the General Manager.
• Develop and refine the operating model to sustain accelerated expansion.
• Create, document, and roll out scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with property developers and strategic partners to deepen engagements within the Saudi real estate landscape.
• Devise and improve commission-based incentives to motivate agent productivity aligned with sustainable growth.
• Assist with business forecasting, performance tracking, and profit-and-loss oversight to drive informed decisions.
• Identify operational bottlenecks through analysis and implement targeted process enhancements.
• Lead cross-department projects that span Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Construct dashboards and reporting tools to continually gauge business performance and progression.
• Contribute to team growth by supporting recruitment and workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage and execute strategic priorities from planning to delivery effectively.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Three to four years of professional experience in consulting, operational roles, or office of the CEO positions.
• Background in fast-growing startups, scale-ups, consulting firms, marketplace platforms, or property technology sectors is highly desired.
• Demonstrated analytical aptitude and problem-solving ability to translate strategic concepts into actionable plans.
• Experience crafting operational procedures, designing business models, or constructing organizational frameworks.
• Proficiency handling business data and financial metrics, including revenue analysis and P&L reporting.
• Strong communication skills and capability in managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with readiness to establish new processes and systems in a dynamic setting.
