Strategic Adviser

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Adviser to work remotely and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on critical organizational challenges. This full-time role requires blending executive insight with practical analysis, moving seamlessly from problem framing to execution.

Core Duties

• Lead and manage high-priority strategic initiatives assigned by senior executives.
• Develop comprehensive analyses and actionable recommendations for presentation to board members, investors, and top executives.
• Conduct discovery and structured problem-solving on complex and ambiguous business issues.
• Coordinate and drive cross-departmental projects across the organization.
• Create clear and compelling leadership communications, including presentations, decks, and reports.
• Provide strategic advice on market positioning, new market entry, and other major business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of six years’ experience in management consulting, strategic roles, or operational leadership positions.
• Proven ability to structure and successfully deliver complex strategic projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities, including the ability to present with executive presence.
• Strong analytical aptitude and comfort navigating ambiguous scenarios.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with C-suite executives.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary aligned with experience and location, typically between USD 115,000 and 180,000 annually, plus benefits.
