  • Provide rigorous commercial oversight through opportunity governance, pipeline monitoring, forecasting accuracy, risk assessment, and regular account reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functional Rockwell teams spanning sales, services, software, consulting, lifecycle, engineering, partnerships, commercial, support, and executive leadership to ensure a unified client experience.
  • Engage in early phases of client planning and investment cycles to influence technology roadmaps and secure long-term collaborations.
  • Serve as a senior industry consultant by delivering insights, innovation, and best practices tailored to food and beverage manufacturing operations and digital strategies.
  • Enhance internal collaboration across Rockwell’s product groups, business units, regional, global account teams, and executives to boost responsiveness and value realization.
  • Exemplify professional leadership traits including strategic insight, executive presence, ethical standards, client focus, collaboration without direct authority, and role modeling for enterprise sales excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Automation, Business, IT, Manufacturing, or related fields; equivalent sales or technology leadership experience considered.
  • At least 10 years of experience in industrial automation, manufacturing technology, software, lifecycle services, consulting, engineering, digital transformation, or enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record managing strategic or enterprise accounts within large, multifaceted organizations in sectors including food, beverage, dairy, manufacturing, processing, or infrastructure.
  • Strong ability to understand complex client challenges, build senior stakeholder relationships, and engage effectively with C-suite and operational leaders.
  • Demonstrated commercial leadership skills covering account planning, value selling, opportunity qualification, pipeline and forecast management, negotiation, and complex deal governance.
  • Experience creating value-based business cases linking Rockwell’s capabilities to client goals, KPIs, and investment priorities.

Preferred Experience

  • Background managing strategic accounts for large multi-site manufacturers.
  • Exposure to dairy or multinational food and beverage clients, particularly in process or manufacturing industries.
