  • Convert complex technological challenges into straightforward, actionable solutions, managing both internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Provide expert advice on fraud prevention and compliance best practices.
  • Establish, track, and report key performance indicators to clients.
  • Engage in strategic analysis and long-term planning to support company growth.
  • Collaborate with risk analytics teams to identify emerging fraud trends and relay these insights to customers proactively.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS environments, with knowledge of API integrations.
  • Background in fraud, payments, compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC domains.
  • Preferred experience within the banking sector.
  • Strong presentation abilities suitable for both virtual and in-person meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven customer-facing experience, ideally with technical products.
  • Excellent project management skills with capability to harmonize multiple inputs and stakeholder needs.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools for data analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical aptitude, skilled at numerical data interpretation and insight generation.
  • Ability to translate strategic concepts into clear, actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Natural aptitude for relationship building and effective collaboration.
  • Innovative mindset focused on improving operational processes continuously.
  • Passion for enhancing customer efficiency and satisfaction.

Benefits

  • Competitive payment package including cash and equity options.
  • Early exercise options on all equity grants, including pre-vested shares.
  • Flexible remote work policy supporting work from any location worldwide.
  • Generous paid time off policy and year-end holidays.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage available for employees and their dependents (applicable in US and Canada).
  • Employer matching contributions to retirement plans (401k/RRSP) at 4% in US and Canada.
  • Provision of MacBook Pro delivered directly to your home.
  • One-time home office setup stipend for desk, chair, monitors, etc.
