Stores Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a Stores Executive, preferably a male candidate residing near Ambattur, Chennai. The ideal applicant should be a graduate with an age limit of up to 40 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming purchase orders, generate necessary dispatch documents such as bills of lading and invoices, and manage the scheduling of daily transportation activities.
• Oversee inventory management by monitoring stock quantities, performing timely physical audits, and verifying records against system data to maintain accuracy.
• Manage receipt and dispatch processes by preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), updating inward and outward material records, and coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries.
• Ensure meticulous documentation through ERP or SAP systems, handle vendor billing, and oversee gate pass management efficiently.
• Maintain organized warehouse storage by arranging racks, correctly labeling items, and implementing FIFO or FEFO methodologies to manage stock flow.
• Foster communication and collaboration with procurement, production, quality assurance, and accounting departments to streamline store operations.
