Sales Coordinator - Hindi Speaking

Role Overview

This position requires a Graduate proficient in both Hindi and English, with strong skills in spoken, written, and reading areas. Candidates should be well-versed in computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email handling. The role is based in the Ambattur vicinity of Chennai.

Key Duties

• Receive and accurately record incoming inquiries from customers and distributors via email, phone calls, or online chats into the designated tracking systems or CRM.
• Provide prospective customers or partners with necessary materials including product catalogs, pricing details, specifications, and images.
• Prepare detailed quotations and proforma invoices by determining correct product options, pricing schemes, and shipping terms.
• Forward qualified leads and complex client requirements to relevant sales personnel or regional managers for further follow-up.
• Support sales teams by coordinating activities and supplying essential resources to aid in target achievement.
• Manage sales order entry ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Act as the main liaison for customer inquiries, resolving issues and offering post-sale assistance.
• Maintain well-organized records of sales-related data, reports, and customer exchanges to uphold data accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as marketing and production to synchronize sales efforts and optimize customer experience.
• Generate and present sales performance reports and insights to senior management to inform decision making.
