Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse tasks including receiving and unloading deliveries, processing and dispatching customer orders, verifying goods received, booking purchase orders, and conducting stocktakes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and efficiently pick and pack items for dispatch.
• Ensure cleanliness and organizational orderliness of the showroom and warehouse areas.
• Operate as a driver, adhering strictly to road safety regulations and driving courteously.
• Promote and contribute to the company’s established strong safety culture.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support to a broad clientele of tradespeople, pivotal to the electrical industry in Australia.

Candidate Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous experience in a customer service or warehouse role is advantageous; however, comprehensive in-house training will be provided to build your career from the ground up.
• Motivated, eager to learn, ambitious, and committed to career development within the company.
• Organized, dependable, and capable of working collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of a current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Holding a forklift license is preferred but not mandatory.
