Role Overview

The Storeperson will operate in our Bohle warehouse as part of a cooperative team dedicated to delivering the correct products to customers efficiently and economically. The role involves rotations through multiple warehouse departments and requires availability for full-time day shifts from Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Storeperson undertakes various logistical and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing inbound shipments
• Picking and packing orders while safely handling items up to 20 kg
• Generating invoices for outgoing orders
• Managing credit and return transactions
• Participating in regular cycle stock counts
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational errors
• Completing occasional driving and delivery tasks

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a proactive and positive approach with strong team spirit
• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
• Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email software
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service standards
• Strong attention to detail with a consistent record of quality picking
• Forklift license is preferred but not mandatory
• Holds a current manual driver’s license
