Storekeeper

Role Summary

The Storekeeper plays a critical role in managing merchandise flow within the shop by receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing products while ensuring the accuracy of all inventory records for incoming and outgoing stock.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and conduct both physical and digital inventory verifications to confirm data accuracy, assessing product quality and reporting discrepancies promptly while achieving set productivity goals.
• Regularly organize stockrooms in the department to facilitate efficient and effective daily restocking operations.
• Categorize, store, and label warehouse items daily following shop protocols and product attributes to ensure easy retrieval and dispatch.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards within all storage areas.
• Take part in daily inventory activities and report the end-of-day stock status to shop management.
• Support shelf replenishment to maintain continuous availability of products.
• Handle and prepare all necessary documents for incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient English language skills.
• Completion of high school education.
