As a Store Team Lead, you will oversee store operations, ensuring excellent service and achieving sales goals. Your role includes managing opening/closing procedures, educating team members on products and promotions, and fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service applying the C.H.A.R.M. service approach.
- Promote a collaborative and open team environment encouraging input and suggestions.
- Manage, delegate, and prioritize tasks to meet daily store deadlines and follow up effectively.
- Assist across departments including customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stock management.
- Support retail operations daily, including POS system usage, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, and store upkeep.
- Lead by example and partner with Store Management to enhance personal and team sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with asset protection policies covering inventory control and loss prevention.
Candidate Qualifications
- Educational background of A Level, Diploma, or higher is preferred.
- At least 3 to 4 years of retail experience, ideally including previous leadership positions.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with store teams, management, and corporate stakeholders.
- Availability to work on rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Email, and retail POS systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to empowering the team and driving results.
- Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible in work scheduling.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a salary range of $30,800 to $35,800 annually, reflecting location-based market conditions and compliant with minimum wage laws. The role participates in company incentive programs and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and other voluntary options.
