Role Overview

As a Stockroom Associate, you will be essential in maintaining smooth store operations by handling inventory management, organizing stock efficiently, and supporting daily retail activities. This position provides growth opportunities alongside an outstanding team and industry collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, examine, and organize new stock shipments regularly, ensuring all items are accurately labeled, tagged, and placed in their allocated spaces.
  • Maintain high operational standards on both sales floors and stockrooms through training, coaching, and enforcing accountability.
  • Keep the stockroom clean and well-organized, sorting footwear by size, style, and category for quick and effective restocking.
  • Participate in routine inventory counts and stock audits to ensure record accuracy and prevent inconsistencies.
  • Assist the store team in achieving and surpassing objectives related to sales, customer service, and other performance goals.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere by encouraging open communication of ideas, suggestions, and concerns.
  • Learn about and assist various store departments including customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Support daily retail functions such as point-of-sale operations, restocking, price adjustments, markdowns, loyalty promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and order.
  • Follow Crocs’ Asset Protection policies rigorously to prevent shortages and maintain inventory control and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of retail and stockroom experience, with preference for candidates having previous store leadership experience.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance is critical.
  • A deep enthusiasm for retail and sales, with an eagerness to create great shopping experiences for customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with customers and teammates.
  • Proactive work attitude with strong attention to detail and efficiency in task completion.
  • Dedication to representing Crocs’ brand values and contributing to its continued success.
