Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Stock Controller specialized in Inventory and Consignment Management. This role is crucial to managing our consignment inventory, performing audits, and coordinating sales to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage consignment stock allocations, balancing inventory levels across retail partners, boutiques, and lodges to ensure smooth product flow.
• Maintain real-time, accurate inventory records and conduct comprehensive audits targeting at least 95% stock accuracy.
• Handle bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations of sales and stock with consignees, aiming for 99% accuracy in invoicing.
• Coordinate order processing including quotations, delivery notes, and export documentation for both local and international shipments, such as to wholesale partners in the USA and online sales channels.
• Evaluate and update warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to implement best practices that minimize consignment-related expenses.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in bookkeeping and understanding of consignment sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
