Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and committed Store Supervisor to join our team at Solitaire Mall in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in elevating client engagement through exceptional service and strengthening the APM brand by building lasting relationships with in-store customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store-in-Charge with managing sales and operational activities.
• Analyze KPIs to drive store performance.
• Organize staff schedules (rostering) effectively.
• Oversee visual merchandising to enhance the store’s appeal.
• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems and initiatives.
• Lead and support the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Deep passion for the APM Monaco brand.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in luxury or fashion retail with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• A proven history of excellent sales achievement and proficiency in CRM.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Location
