Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and energetic Store Supervisor to join our Canmore location. This role suits individuals who thrive in leadership roles, support daily store functions, and focus on delivering outstanding customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and assist team members to provide excellent service and efficient daily operations.
• Demonstrate professionalism, encourage teamwork, and foster a strong sense of ownership.
• Participate in product launches, promotional activities, and manage inventory processes including ordering and receiving goods.
• Ensure compliance with Alberta liquor regulations by verifying customer identification and adherence to company sales policies.
• Contribute to financial goals by supporting proper cash handling procedures.
• Keep the store environment clean, safe, and well-organized.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in retail.
• A minimum of one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Possession of valid ProServe Certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain standing or walking throughout shifts.
• Strong communication skills paired with reliability and teamwork orientation.
• Capacity to handle a dynamic, fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
