Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers courteously and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Keep shelves well-stocked, organized, and attractively arranged.
• Monitor inventory levels and report when stocks run low.
• Accurately manage billing and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Help with receiving, unloading, and organizing stock.
• Ensure proper product rotation and regularly check expiration dates.
• Contribute to promotional campaigns and visual merchandising.
• Address customer questions and complaints effectively.
• Meet daily sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Required Skills

Eligibility and Experience

• Completion of PUC or any graduation degree.
• At least 6 months of experience in retail, supermarkets, grocery, or FMCG environments preferred.
• Candidates without experience but with excellent customer service skills will also be considered.
