Store Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Store Sales Executive with 1 to 2 years of relevant retail experience to provide exceptional service and contribute to store success in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The chosen candidate will assist shoppers, meet sales targets, manage product presentations, and support daily store functions.

• Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships to drive repeat sales.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
• Ensure attractive product displays and well-stocked shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
• Support inventory management including stock replenishment and counts.
• Liaise with warehouse or internal teams regarding stock status.
• Assist with billing and payment processes when necessary.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and product availability with customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Keep detailed daily sales and customer records.
• Help prepare sales and inventory reports.
• Contribute to promotions, product rollouts, and store campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
• 1 to 2 years experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or managing store operations.
• Prior experience in furniture, home décor, lifestyle, consumer goods, or similar sectors is preferred.
