Role Overview
As a Store Sales Associate, your main focus will be to provide exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their footwear needs and supporting store operations. This role offers great potential for growth within a rapidly expanding retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and excellent customer service to everyone entering the store
- Utilize footwear expertise to guide customers in selecting shoes that match their comfort, style, and event requirements
- Foster a positive and cooperative atmosphere among store staff
- Assist in restocking inventory, pricing merchandise, and ensuring the store’s appearance aligns with brand standards
- Support daily store functions including POS system handling and organizing the stockroom
- Work closely with store management to enhance personal sales outcomes continuously
- Adhere strictly to company policies concerning inventory control and preventing loss
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2-3 years of retail experience, specifically within footwear sales
- Exhibits strong product knowledge and a passion for customer service
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and holidays
- A motivated individual eager to advance in a fast-paced, growing retail business
