Key Responsibilities

• Ensure expiry dates and batch numbers on medicines correspond correctly with billing records.
• Communicate with prescribing physicians to clarify prescriptions when necessary.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of medicines dispensed.
• Document patient histories and all transactions involving controlled substances.
• Address customer questions and complaints, escalating issues to relevant departments when required.
• Record all pharmacy transactions accurately and keep cash registers updated.
• Adhere strictly to all legal regulations, policies, and confidentiality standards related to medical information.
