About the Role
Join South Australia’s largest infrastructure project, the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) project, by becoming a valued Store Person in our precast team. This role is crucial in supporting our warehouse and logistics operations to ensure materials and equipment are managed efficiently for the tunnel construction commencing 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all on-site material requests, coordinating supply requests effectively.
- Assist in the procurement process by working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and consumables, while managing asset registration.
- Carry out warehouse tasks including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory control utilizing CMMS software, including monitoring inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and performing stocktakes.
- Manage rotable spare parts end-to-end, ensuring repair cycles are completed promptly to avoid operational disruptions.
- Uphold high standards in safety, cleanliness, organization of laydown areas, and environmental compliance.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in warehouse or stores operations is essential.
- Must possess a valid Construction Industry White Card.
- Must hold a forklift high-risk work licence (LF) and a valid Class C driver’s license.
- Proficiency with ERP/CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Willingness and ability to work on a 7/3 or 7/4 day/night roster with 12-hour shifts.
- Desirable qualifications include experience with MEX CMMS, prior work in tunnel construction or large infrastructure project warehouses, and certifications in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.
