About the Role

Join Razer and contribute to transforming the global gaming industry by enhancing the e-commerce experience. As a Store Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize online store operations across 40 international markets, ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and localization nuances are upheld. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic global team, advancing both personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance end-to-end e-commerce operations for 40 countries, ensuring compliance and localization quality.
  • Develop, refine, and enforce standard operating procedures, workflows, and governance mechanisms.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to streamline processes.
  • Promote automation, personalized approaches, and AI-driven improvements to operations.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce Sales Specialists to formulate merchandising strategies based on data analytics aimed at boosting conversions, average order value, and overall revenue.
  • Maintain precise control of product data, pricing, categorization, and content accuracy.
  • Lead digital transformation projects, site enhancements, and feature rollouts to improve user experience.
  • Coordinate project timelines, align stakeholders, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert on e-commerce operations within the organization.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and operational challenges tactfully.
  • Optimize customer journey and satisfaction metrics across all markets served.
  • Stay informed about latest e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or a closely related area.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in e-commerce, digital operations, or online merchandising.
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms or operations across multiple international markets.
  • Strong knowledge of website structure, user experience principles, and tactics to optimize conversion rates.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and effective stakeholder communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content management and e-commerce systems such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or Magento is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Power BI for data-driven decisions.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
