Store Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete functioning of the store from opening until closing hours, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all store activities from opening to closing, including situations requiring extended hours.
• Handle stock receipt, maintain accurate inventory records, and monitor stock levels for efficient control.
• Coordinate with suppliers for product ordering and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Supervise staff members, oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of cash and POS transactions and compile operational reports.
• Ensure product availability, organize attractive product displays, and maintain an orderly store environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in supermarket or retail environments is preferred.
• Proficient in computer and POS system operation.
• Ability to take full ownership and accountability for daily store operations.
