Role and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in retail or customer service management, or four plus years of service in the United States Military.
- Possession of strong organizational capabilities, interpersonal communication, and adept problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a sales-driven environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Proven leadership ability to mentor and develop team members with maturity.
- Completion of at least a High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Legal right to work and identity verification within the hiring country.
- Availability to work full-time, often exceeding 40 hours weekly, including shifts during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
