About the Role

Join one of the world's leading and fastest-expanding home furnishing retailers as a Store Manager. This role centers around supervising and nurturing both the management team and store associates, aiming to drive sales growth and ensure a high level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the store management and team members to achieve sales targets and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Establish and communicate store goals and strategies effectively to teams during General Store Meetings (GSMs).
  • Maintain store conditions consistently in alignment with company standards.
  • Ensure the promotion and adherence to a safe work environment.
  • Manage store recruitment efforts to build a competent, high-performing team.
  • Take charge of loss prevention initiatives, including engaging in prevention strategies and investigations.

Qualifications and Skills
