Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a single restaurant's operation. Your duties include recruiting, managing, and guiding team members to meet financial objectives while ensuring outstanding guest service. Candidate Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma
• Ability and willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home if needed
• Availability to work flexible schedules including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Food Safety certification: Serve Safe certified

Working Conditions (ADA Statement)

This position requires standing for extended periods (up to four hours), ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment with hot steam and food vapors. Tasks involve using kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives and adapting to high noise levels and limited storage space. Effective communication, conflict resolution skills, and adapting to changing priorities are essential.
