Job Overview

We are hiring a Store Manager for our outlet in Nashik, Maharashtra. This full-time role requires 1 to 4 years of experience and offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 plus performance incentives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions and supervise the store staff effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing complaints and inquiries promptly.
• Manage processes related to order entry, billing, and payment collections.
• Ensure the quality of garments and their timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and manage inventory levels in the store.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding B2B relationships specifically in the Nashik region.
• Meet monthly sales targets and prepare daily operational reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in retail, laundry, or customer service is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and billing systems is essential.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi languages for effective communication.
