Job Overview
This full-time Delivery Boy role involves collecting clothes from customers and ensuring they are delivered promptly. The candidate must maintain courteous and professional communication with customers while verifying order details and updating the CRM/system with pickup and delivery entries. Additionally, collecting necessary payment or order-related information from customers is required. The role includes proper maintenance of the vehicle and delivery bags/items and assisting in gathering Google reviews and customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Pick up clothes from customers and deliver them on schedule.
- Maintain polite and professional interactions with customers.
- Ensure accuracy of order details and timely deliveries.
- Update pickup and delivery records in the CRM/system.
- Collect necessary payment and order information from customers.
- Take proper care of the vehicle and delivery equipment.
- Assist in obtaining Google reviews and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in operating two-wheeler vehicles.
- Knowledge of the local area is advantageous.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and have good customer service skills.
