Role Overview
As the Store Manager reporting to the District Store Manager at the Toronto Eaton Centre location, you will lead the retail store to surpass sales targets, KPIs, and profit objectives through effective short- and long-term planning and expense management. Your role ensures a consistently outstanding customer experience aligned with Psycho Bunny's core values and service principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership by fostering a respectful, inclusive team culture that celebrates diversity, and translate store vision and key initiatives to all staff.
- Develop supportive and collaborative relationships within your team to encourage personal and professional growth, enhancing store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Drive superior guest experiences by building loyal customers through clienteling, coaching the team on client needs, product knowledge, and supporting in-store and omnichannel sales.
- Manage store operations to meet or exceed visual merchandising standards and execute strategic planning including budget and profit and loss oversight adhering to all relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of five years' experience managing retail stores.
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills geared towards cultivating a customer-centric sales environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range between $65,000 and $70,000.
