Position Overview

The Key Holder will report directly to the Store Manager and play a critical role in promoting and managing sales culture to meet or surpass sales targets, KPIs, and profit goals. This role includes short and long-term planning, expense control, and ensuring a consistently exceptional customer experience in line with Psycho Bunny’s values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers to build loyalty by driving conversions and collecting contact information such as phone numbers and emails.
• Support recruitment, training, development, and succession planning of high-performing team members focused on results.
• Maintain personal product knowledge and ensure team members are similarly knowledgeable and capable of effectively communicating product information to customers.
• Oversee payroll management and create service-oriented schedules to sustain a profitable store while delivering top-notch customer service.
• Analyze customer trends, buying behaviors, and market competitors to inform business strategies.
• Manage loss prevention efforts to minimize shrinkage.
• Supervise inventory goals, conduct physical inventory counts, and manage merchandise processing including transfers.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities and recommendations to the Store Manager.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and consistently present the store according to brand guidelines.
• Implement OSHA safety requirements to maintain a secure workplace for both employees and customers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Collaborate with fellow Psycho Bunny team members to meet collective goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in retail management.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication abilities with a talent for nurturing a customer-centric sales culture.
