Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail location in Sydney’s World Square. This position commands a base salary in the ballpark of $75,000 to $80,000 annually, with room for negotiation depending on the candidate's experience. You will take charge of driving team performance, managing customer experience, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving commercial targets in a dynamic retail setting focused on pop culture collectibles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a motivated, high-performing team focused on accountability and exceptional customer service.
  • Set and achieve sales, wage, and KPI goals through data-driven analysis and targeted action plans.
  • Oversee inventory management, delivery schedules, and stock accuracy while maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards.
  • Lead the store’s involvement in product launches and promotional initiatives to maximize impact.
  • Provide a front-line leadership presence during business hours, cultivating a customer-first ethos and delivering memorable shopping experiences.

Work Schedule and Availability

  • Must have flexible availability across all seven days, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
  • Rosters typically provide two consecutive days off weekly to support work-life balance.
  • Flexibility is required during peak periods such as November through January and significant product launches.
