Responsibilities & Leadership

Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and a warm atmosphere. Champion a sales-driven approach with organizational and interpersonal strengths to ensure operational success.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing retail or customer service operations, or alternatively, a minimum of 4 years in US Military service.
  • Proven ability to organize, solve problems efficiently, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with practical experience in environments focused on driving sales.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including coaching and mentoring skills, with professional maturity.
  • A minimum educational qualification of High School diploma or GED.
  • Must have valid legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work full-time, frequently exceeding 40 hours weekly, including variable shifts such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
