Role Overview
Kisna Diamond Jewellery, a key player under the HK Group with extensive operations across 180 outlets in India, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee and optimize daily store activities in Karimnagar. This role demands leadership in managing resources efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily store activities ensuring resource optimization and an exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee showroom management encompassing visual merchandising, inventory monitoring, and driving sales performance.
- Formulate and execute impactful marketing initiatives aimed at business expansion and enhancing brand recognition.
- Manage and mentor retail staff by enhancing their sales approach, product knowledge, and customer service aptitude.
- Perform sales analytics to uncover trends and propose actionable improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 3 to 6 years of experience in retail operations or showroom management.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of retail principles with specialized expertise in showroom administration.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills capable of leading and motivating teams.
- Skilled in target setting and achievement with strong attention to detail.
- Educational requirement: Graduate degree from any discipline.
