About the Role

Panda Express seeks experienced leaders to join our team as Store Managers, focused on managing the entire store operation. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a single store location.
• Recruit, train, and manage store associates to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience standards are maintained.
• Drive store profitability and operational success.
• Complete an 8+ week paid store leadership training program to prepare for success.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma is a minimum requirement.
• Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius of your home.
• Availability for flexible schedules including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certified in Food Safety (Serve Safe certification required).

Work Environment and ADA Considerations

The role requires standing for long periods, working near hot steam and food vapors, using kitchen equipment like Chinese cook knives safely, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Effective verbal communication, adaptability in a dynamic setting, and conflict management skills are essential.
