Store Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail location in Kildare. This role offers the chance to spearhead sales and build a high-achieving team within a well-established retail environment known for its premium offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Take complete responsibility for store performance metrics including sales, conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT).
• Ensure a superior customer experience and cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Handle recruitment, training, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff members.
• Manage daily operations such as scheduling, payroll, holiday management, and overall people administration.
• Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and adhere to company policies.
• Oversee stock management including levels, deliveries, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Analyze commercial results regularly and devise plans to optimize sales outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and health and safety guidelines.
• Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that empowers employees.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail environments.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with a solid record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching and people management.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Competent in using sales data and KPIs to guide decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and hands-on in management style.
• Ability to inspire the team while upholding high operational standards.
