Key Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated department and assume Duty Manager responsibilities as needed.
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving critical KPIs including sales targets, minimizing shrinkage, and controlling wages.
• Promote outstanding customer service and maintain high team morale and engagement.
• Supervise inventory management, merchandising efforts, and adherence to compliance protocols.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Utilize store performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas requiring enhancement.
