Overview of Role

As a Store Manager at our supermarkets, you will lead and inspire your store teams, playing a pivotal role in driving the business forward. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large, complex store operations, ensuring all business objectives and customer service standards are met.
• Lead a large team of colleagues and managers, steering them towards success while promoting strong workplace values and teamwork.
• Use data analytics and insights to guide long-term strategy and enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Handle complex HR issues, including disciplinary matters such as dismissals, with confidence and adherence to company policies.

Experience and Skills Required

• Proven track record of managing busy, high-volume stores or multiple locations, accountable for customer, team, and financial results.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build, coach, and develop managerial teams and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Advanced use of data to improve key performance indicators and customer journey enhancements.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and enforcing HR policies fairly and ethically.
• Capability to lead teams through organizational changes while maintaining high levels of engagement and wellbeing.
