Store Manager - Spencer's

Overview

The Store Manager position at Spencer's is dedicated to delivering outstanding Guest Services while managing all facets of store operations. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing profitability, and ensuring efficient management of expenses, shrinking, and inventory, all in accordance with the company's policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range is from $18.98 to $19.23, dependent on your qualifications and previous experience. Benefits encompass company-paid sick leave, paid vacations, holidays, bereavement pay, jury duty pay, as well as monthly, yearly, and contest bonuses like sales and shrink bonuses alongside the Champions Club Bonus.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Prior retail management experience is essential.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over eight hours daily.
