Job description
Position Overview
The Store Manager at Spencer's is charged with delivering exceptional Guest Services and managing all aspects of store operations. This includes driving sales and profitability by overseeing expenses, controlling shrinkage, managing staff, merchandising, and inventory in compliance with company policies.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges between $23.00 and $23.25 depending on qualifications and experience. Requirements and Physical Demands
Candidates must be at least 21 years old. The role involves physical activities including standing and walking over 8 hours daily, climbing ladders, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is mandatory.
