About the Role

rebel Carousel is seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead a sizable team of over 40 members within a fast-moving, high-volume retail environment. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader experienced in large-format retail, focused on driving business outcomes, fostering high-performance teams, and demonstrating leadership directly on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Demonstrate hands-on leadership to inspire team members towards excellence and superior customer service.
• Develop a motivated, skilled workforce by actively coaching and building employee capabilities.
• Manage visual merchandising, inventory control, health and safety protocols, store security, and routine financial reporting.
• Drive sales performance and maintain operational standards in a large-scale retail setting.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven senior management experience in retail, preferably within large stores.
• Consistent track record of exemplary customer service and leading by example.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate a diverse team.
• Competence in staff training, sales direction, and performance management.
• Experience handling merchandising, stock management, health and safety compliance, and basic financial tasks.
