Responsibilities & Requirements
We seek candidates with at least three years of retail or customer service management experience or alternatively four or more years of U.S. military service. An entrepreneurial spirit aligned with a sales-driven approach is essential, alongside proven leadership skills to guide and mentor team members with professionalism.
Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and possess legal documentation verifying identity and eligibility to work in the U.S. This full-time position regularly requires working over 40 hours weekly, including flexible scheduling that may encompass early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
